Location: Sandy, OR
Pay: $22 – $26+ per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Swing Shift | Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute paid lunch)

What You’ll Do:
As a Welder, you’ll play a key role in fabricating parts and assemblies to specification. You’ll operate a variety of machines in the shop, including welders, drill presses, and more, ensuring all work meets quality standards and project timelines.

Position: Welder
Location: Sandy, OR
Pay: $22 – $26+ per hour (DOE)

What You’ll Do:
As a Welder, you’ll play a key role in fabricating parts and assemblies to specification. You’ll operate a variety of machines in the shop, including welders, drill presses, and more, ensuring all work meets quality standards and project timelines.
Responsibilities:

Perform MIG Welding (primarily 0.35 hardwire)

Weld assemblies and sub-assemblies

Fabricate products to design specifications

Maintain a clean and safe work area

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards

What You Need to Have: The Musts:

Experience with MIG welding

Ability to read and interpret blueprints or weld symbols

Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Reliable and punctual work ethic

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Experience in a fabrication environment

Familiarity with additional shop equipment

Knowledge of safety protocols and quality control measures
