Opening: CNC Mill/Lathe Operator
City: Puyallup

WHO THEY ARE: 
We are a precision aerospace manufacturing facility specializing in the machining of a wide range of metals, including high-performance alloys. In addition to our expertise with metals, we also have experience working with plastics and other non-metallic materials, allowing us to support a variety of complex manufacturing needs across multiple industries.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As a CNC mill/lathe machine operator, you’ll be responsible for setting up and operating computer-controlled machines to produce precision metal and plastic parts. Your tasks will include reading technical drawings, loading materials, selecting appropriate tools, running machining programs, and inspecting finished components to ensure they meet exact specifications. You’ll also perform basic maintenance on the machines and make minor adjustments to improve efficiency and quality throughout the production process. Attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety are key in this role.


WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:
$23-$30 per hour
100% paid medical and dental
9 paid holidays including birthday!
5am-3:30 pm M-T (3 day weekends!)


WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
Candidates should have prior experience operating CNC machines, ideally in a high-precision or aerospace environment. A strong understanding of machining processes, blueprint reading, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) is essential. Experience with tight tolerances, high-performance materials (such as titanium or Inconel), and quality control standards common in aerospace manufacturing is highly valued. Familiarity with machine setup, tool changes, and basic troubleshooting is also important, along with a focus on safety, accuracy, and attention to detail.
