OPTI STAFFING IS HIRING! 

Position: Cleaner and Contents Technician
Location: Portland, OR
Pay: $20/hr + $5/hr extra for biohazard clean-up + $25 bonus for after-hours callouts (with overtime pay)
Schedule: Full-time, with potential after-hours callouts

Who We Are:
A premier restoration company in the Pacific Northwest, providing property restoration services for residential and commercial clients impacted by fire, water, and smoke damage.

What You’ll Do:

  • Clean and deodorize customer contents damaged by fire, water, smoke, or contamination

  • Assist with packing and unpacking items into storage containers

  • Maintain detailed inventory of items cleaned or destroyed

  • Coordinate repair of furniture, electronics, rugs, and other belongings

  • Perform biohazard clean-up (blood, fecal matter, needles) with proper PPE

What You Need to Have:

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (with or without accommodation)

The Musts:

  • Attention to detail

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Preferred:

  • Previous cleaning experience in the restoration industry
