Position: Shipping & Receiving Associate
Location: Portland, OR
Pay: $18.00–$21.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-Time | Schedule details discussed during interview
Who We Are:
Our client is a fast-paced production and distribution environment looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to support our shipping and receiving operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and being part of a team that keeps product moving efficiently and safely.
What You’ll Do:

Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
-
Accurately receive, stage, and prepare products for shipment
-
Perform manual labor throughout the shift, including lifting and moving materials
-
Use scanners to track inventory and shipments (training provided)
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
-
Work closely with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving goals

Competitive pay: $18.00–$21.00/hr depending on experience

What You Need to Have:

Ability to perform physically demanding, manual labor

Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures

Ability to work well in a team environment
The Musts:

Ability to lift, push, and pull throughout the shift

Reliable attendance
-
Comfortable working in a warehouse/shipping environment
Preferred:
-
Basic shipping/receiving experience
-
Scanner experience
-
Forklift or pallet jack experience is helpful but not required
