Position: Hydraulic Hose Assembler (Experience Required)
Location: Portland, OR
Pay: $19+ / hour DOE, (increase after hired on)
Schedule: M-F 7am-5pm

Opti Staffing is partnering with an amazing hose and fitting distribution company that’s a leader in the hydraulic industry. For over 50 years, this company has been providing excellent customer service, delivering top-quality hydraulic hose solutions to customers throughout the United States.
What You’ll Do:
- Assemble hydraulic hoses and fittings for customers
- Perform quality control checks to ensure precision and quality in all hose assemblies
- Work with a team to ensure timely production and assembly
- Manage inventory and assist with the stock of hydraulic parts
- Provide excellent customer service to clients by addressing product inquiries and offering solutions

What You Need to Have:
- Hands on experience building hoses
- Experience in customer service
- Knowledge of hydraulic systems and the willingness to learn
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
- Inventory management experience
The Musts:
- Strong attention to detail
- Live local to WA or OR
- Hands on experience building hydraulic hoses
- Positive attitude and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt and learn new skills in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Experience in hose parts sales
- Prior experience working with hydraulic systems and hoses
