Position: Water Mitigation Technician (Multiple Openings)
Location: NE Portland
Pay: $20/hour + Bonuses
Schedule: Monday – Friday (On-Call May Be Required)

What You’ll Do:

Respond to water damage and mitigation calls
-
Enter crawlspaces and confined areas as needed
-
Handle sewage cleanup (includes $100 bonus per call)
-
Perform biohazard and trauma scene cleanup
-
Follow safety protocols and wear PPE (provided)
-
Use company-provided tools and equipment
-
Work closely with team and management to complete jobs efficiently
What’s In It for You:

$20/hour starting pay

$100 bonus for each sewage cleanup call

What You Need to Have:

Valid Driver’s License and clean MVR
-
Able to pass a background check
-
Willingness to work hard and get hands dirty
-
Comfort with crawlspaces and physically demanding work
-
Experience in mitigation or restoration (preferred but not required)
The Musts:

Must be reliable and team-oriented
-
Must be okay working in messy, challenging environments
-
Must be available for emergency calls when needed
