Opening: Service Technician – Printers & Labeling Systems
Location: NW Portland, OR
Pay: $20–$25/hr DOE
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (8:00 AM–4:30 PM; Fridays 7:30 AM–4:00 PM)

What You’ll Do:
In this role, you’ll install, service, and support high-speed printers, labeling systems, and conveyor line equipment for our customers. You will:

Install and repair printers/labeling systems on conveyor lines

Train customers on system operation and maintenance

Provide telephone support, troubleshooting, and repair for CIJ & DOD inkjet coders and label printers

Perform system upgrades and on-site service calls

Travel occasionally to customer locations, including Seattle and Utah

Collaborate with a supportive, communicative team while also working independently

What You Need to Have:

2–3 years of experience as a Service Technician, specifically with high-speed printers and labelers
-
Strong mechanical, digital, and communication skills
-
Valid driver’s license
-
Willingness to travel (including occasional trips to Seattle and Utah)

Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently and under pressure
-
A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service
