OPTI STAFFING IS HIRING!
ROLE: Parts Puller
Location: North Portland
Pay: $20–$21/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Currently: 32 hours 4 days/week moving to Full-time 40 hours / week

At Opti Staffing, we’re all about connecting great people with great companies. We’re currently seeking a motivated individual to join the parts department of a thriving warehouse in North Portland.
What You’ll Do:

Pull Bill of Material (BOM) requests from the shop

Fulfill single-part requests
-
Collaborate with the Warehouse Supervisor to maintain inventory
-
Communicate with the Shop Foreman and team leads as needed
-
Provide assistance to other departments when required
-
Ensure punctual, regular, and reliable attendance

What You Need to Have:

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-
Positive team player attitude and good communication skills
-
Ability to multi-task and stay focused in a busy environment
-
Physically capable of lifting 25–50 lbs regularly; up to 75 lbs occasionally
-
Ability to safely operate a forklift and electric cart (training available if needed)

1–3 years of related work experience
-
Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
Preferred:
-
Prior warehouse or inventory experience
-
Forklift certification (not required but a plus)
