Position: Deburrer
Location: Oak Grove, OR
Pay: 23-25/hr
Schedule: Full-Time | Shift varies (Day / Swing / Graveyard available)

Out client is a well-established manufacturing operation seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to support our production team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in quality craftsmanship.
What You’ll Do:
- Remove burrs, sharp edges, and excess material from machined parts
- Use hand tools and power tools such as files, grinders, and abrasive equipment
- Inspect parts to ensure quality and compliance with specifications
- Follow work instructions and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate defects or issues to supervisors or quality personnel

What You Need to Have:
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

The Musts:
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools
- Willingness to follow safety and quality standards
- Dependable and punctual
Preferred:
- Previous deburring, manufacturing, or machine shop experience
- Ability to read basic blueprints or work instructions
- Experience using measuring tools such as calipers or micrometers
