Position: Laminate / Mica Countertop Fabricator
Location: Portland, OR
Pay: $18–$20/hr DOE

What You’ll Do:

Fabricate high-quality laminate/mica components

Use tools such as routers and table saws safely and effectively

Work closely with team members on flexible schedules

Help support shop operations with a can-do mindset

What You Need to Have:

Knowledge of laminate (mica) materials and fabrication techniques

Ability to safely operate woodworking tools like routers and table saws

The Musts:

Reliability and a strong work ethic

Comfortable in a hands-on, physical role

Have a flexible schedule and availability to work at least 2 days a week
Preferred:

Retired or semi-retired with relevant skills? Perfect!

Experience in fabrication or similar trade

Willingness to jump in and get things done
