Our process starts with a free in-home consultation, where we listen to your needs and help you choose the right solutions for your home. From there, we custom-build beautiful, energy-efficient composite windows and install them with expert precision for lasting performance. Since opening our first location in Minnesota 30 years ago, we've expanded to serve over 100 markets across the U.S. and Canada, becoming one of the largest and most trusted window replacement companies in North America. With more than 10 million windows installed, you can count on us to do the job right.
WHAT YOU'LL DO: This hands-on role supports our warehouse and installation teams by safely moving and organizing materials like windows, doors, and lumber. You’ll help load and unload deliveries using team lifts, restock returned items, and keep the warehouse clean and organized. You’ll also assist with staging materials for jobs and help maintain clean, safe work areas by sweeping floors and managing debris. While this role involves physical labor, such as lifting and standing for long periods, it does not require driving company vehicles. If you're dependable, enjoy physical work, and want to be part of a team that takes pride in quality home improvement projects, we’d love to hear from you.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:Â
You’ll be lifting and moving heavy items like windows, doors, and lumber, often with a partner, so being in good physical shape is important. You should be okay with being on your feet for most of the day, and working indoors or outside depending on the task. This job is very team-oriented, so being someone who communicates well and works cooperatively with others is key. You’ll also need to be dependable—showing up on time and ready to go each day helps the whole team stay on track. If you’re the type of person who pays attention to details, keeps things organized, and takes pride in doing a job right, you’ll fit in well. Safety is a big priority too, so you’ll need to be careful, follow instructions, and always be aware of your surroundings. Finally, you should be open to learning. Even if you haven’t done this kind of work before, we’re looking for someone with a good attitude who’s willing to take direction and grow with the team.
