City: Lakewood, WA
WHO THEY ARE:
We are a Tacoma-based real estate development company specializing in residential and commercial projects. Our focus is on quality craftsmanship and innovative design, and we take pride in enhancing the community through every development we create.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
You’ll be responsible for keeping residential and commercial properties in excellent condition. Your work will include performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing building systems, handling minor electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues, and responding to service requests from tenants. You’ll also help with inspections, ensure properties meet safety standards, and support larger repair projects as needed—helping the company maintain safe, functional, and welcoming spaces for residents and businesses.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:
$22-$25/hr
M-F 7:30am-4pm
OT available at times
PTO/Vacation
Medical/Dental/Vision
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
Applicants should have hands-on experience with building maintenance, including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC repair. Experience working with both residential and commercial properties is a plus, along with the ability to use tools and diagnostic equipment safely. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are important. A background in property management, construction, or facility maintenance will help you succeed in this role.
