Opening: Warehouse Associate
City: Kent, Wa
WHO THEY ARE:  Our organization supports the global aviation industry through the supply and logistics of high-quality aircraft components. We specialize in the sale and delivery support of lavatory modules and water tanks which are installed in Boeing 737 and 757 series passenger aircraft. These components are engineered for performance, safety, and reduced weight—helping airlines improve operational efficiency. In addition to logistics support, we manage the procurement of parts and materials ensuring timely and reliable sourcing to meet their production needs. As an FAA-certified supplier, we provide spare parts and component solutions to airline operators and maintenance organizations across the United States and around the world.
WHAT YOU'LL DO: The Shipping & Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately picking and verifying parts for outgoing shipments, following FIFO (First-In, First-Out) practices. The position involves processing shipments through freight carriers like FedEx, UPS, DHL, and others, labeling packages, and ensuring all outgoing shipments meet ATA300 specifications. The associate coordinates freight pickups, including with Boeing Transportation for spare parts, and tracks deliveries to ensure timely arrival. They also handle incorrect shipments in coordination with customer service. Additional responsibilities include reading technical drawings to confirm part accuracy, moving stock using forklifts or hand trucks, maintaining proper inventory organization, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety compliance. Import/export records are filed accurately, and all stock is stored efficiently to support smooth warehouse operations.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE: To be a good fit for this role, you'll need a mix of practical skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. Here's what that looks like in real terms: You should be comfortable working in a warehouse environment, physically able to move and lift parts, and possibly operate equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks (or be willing to get certified). Since accuracy is crucial, especially when picking parts and verifying shipments, being detail-oriented and careful with documentation will set you apart. You’ll also need basic computer skills to process shipping labels, enter tracking information, and handle freight orders using systems like FedEx, UPS, or DHL platforms.
