OPTI STAFFING IS HIRING!
Location: Hillsboro, Oregon
Compensation: $34+/hr.
Day shift, Mon-Thurs, 6:30 am – 4:30 pm
++Monthly bonus program is paid when company-wide monthly sales goal is reached.
-Written skills test for CNC 5-axis mills will be conducted at the time of the interview

What You'll Do
In this role, you would lead and coordinate daily activities of CNC Milling Machinists ensuring set-ups and machined parts are accurate and customer due dates are met.

What You Need to Have:
* 5 yrs. minimum experience 5-axis setup
* Horizontal Cell experience a plus
* Familiar with Siemens Celos Controller a plus
* Experience as a lead person a plus
* Must be able to multi-task
* Own your own precision measuring tools
* Blueprint reading experience required
* Great communication skills, teambuilder
* Attention to detail
* Lift 20+ pounds on a regular basis
