Position:Â Aerospace CNC Machinist
Location:Â Gresham, OR
Pay:Â $23/hr - $28/hr, DOE
Schedule:Â Mon-Fri | 7:00am-3:30pm

Our client is a small, family-owned machine shop with over 40 years of experience, specializing in aerospace production. They specialize within the aerospace industry and are looking for a motivated and skilled setup Machinist to join the team!
What You’ll Do:
As a set-up CNC Machinist, your responsibilities will include:

Setting up and editing machines to process parts for the day.
- Assisting with various shop duties as needed (we’re looking for someone who doesn’t mind variety and flexibility in their tasks).
- Familiary with CNC Mills and Lathes within aerospace industry (AS9100)Â

Note: Programming is not required for this role.

Aerospace experience is a must.

2-3 years of Aerospace CNC Setup & Edit experience.

Strong work ethic, excellent attendance and a positive attitude.

Reliability and a willingness to grow within the company.

Patience and keen attention to detail.

Preferred:

Experience with multiple types of CNC machinery.

Prior experience in a production-focused environment.
