Opening: Diesel Technician
City: Fife, WA

We specialize in repairing and reconditioning diesel injection pumps and fuel injectors, with factory-authorized sales and service across Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. Our fully equipped Fife shop features full-service and diagnostic bays for fast, efficient repairs. By pairing expert service with top-quality OEM parts, we’re a trusted choice for diesel parts and truck service.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As a Diesel Technician, you’ll be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing diesel engines and related systems. This includes working on fuel injection pumps, injectors, electrical and diagnostic systems, and performing routine maintenance to keep trucks and equipment running safely and efficiently. You’ll use specialized tools and diagnostic equipment, follow factory guidelines, and ensure repairs are completed accurately and on time.

$25-$32/hr

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
To be successful as a Diesel Technician, you should have hands-on experience working with diesel engines and related systems, including fuel injection, electrical, and diagnostic equipment. Familiarity with using specialized tools, reading technical manuals, and following repair procedures is important. Many technicians gain this experience through vocational training, apprenticeships, or prior work in truck, heavy equipment, or diesel repair shops. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment are also key.
