WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial and residential HVAC systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues with precision and professionalism
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked
- Ensure systems meet safety and performance standards while exceeding customer expectations
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure timely project completion
- Work independently and efficiently while representing the company with pride and professionalism
REQUIREMENTS:
- Current Alaska Journeyman HVAC License (or equivalent certification)
- 3+ years of experience in HVAC service, installation, or maintenance
- Solid understanding of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (company vehicle provided)
