WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Install, service, and repair boilers, burners, and associated piping systems for residential and commercial clients
- Troubleshoot hydronic systems and ensure installations meet all safety and performance standards
- Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure system efficiency and reliability
- Collaborate with field teams to complete projects on time and within scope
- Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner, providing clear updates and solutions
- Maintain accurate service documentation and ensure compliance with local codes and company procedures
- Keep tools, equipment, and vehicle organized and in top working condition
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience in boiler installation, service, or HVAC-related field
- Solid understanding of hydronic and steam systems
- Current Alaska Journeyman License (Plumber or HVAC preferred)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Valid Alaska driver’s license and clean driving record
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with a commitment to safety and quality workmanship
