Job Description
Position: Combo Welder (MIG/TIG, Stainless, Aluminum, Mild Steel)
Location: Milwaukie, OR
Pay: $25+ DOE
Schedule: Day Shift

We’re a local metal fabrication shop specializing in precision manufacturing, assembly, and custom fabrication projects. Our team takes pride in craftsmanship, reliability, and delivering high-quality results for industrial, commercial, and architectural clients throughout the Pacific Northwest.
What You’ll Do:

Perform MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel.

Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and weld symbols.

Set up welding machines and adjust settings based on materials and project requirements.

Fabricate and assemble components according to specifications.

Inspect and ensure weld quality meets company and customer standards.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

What You Need to Have:
The Musts:

2+ years of MIG and TIG welding experience.
-
Ability to weld multiple materials (stainless, aluminum, mild steel).
-
Proficiency in reading blueprints and using fabrication tools.
-
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Reliable attendance and solid work ethic.
Preferred:
-
Experience with fitting, layout, or structural fabrication.
-
Current or prior weld certifications.

Familiarity with manufacturing or custom fabrication environments.
