OPTI STAFFING GROUP IS HIRING!
Position: CNC Mill / Lathe Operator – Job Shop
Location: Clackamas, OR
Pay: $23–$28/hr+ DOE
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Who We Are:
We’re partnering with a small, family-owned metal manufacturing job shop that’s been proudly operating in Clackamas for over 75 years. They're a close-knit team looking for a driven CNC operator to join their growing family! They are looking for the right person!
? What You’ll Do:

Setup, operate, and edit programs on CNC lathes
-
Work in a fast-paced job shop environment
-
Collaborate with team members to ensure top-quality production
Preferably 2+ years of experience, but if you’re eager to learn—we want to hear from you!
What’s In It for You:

Pay: $24–$28 + /hr DOE

Schedule: 4-day workweek (Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
