Position: CNC Machinist
Location:Â Hubbard, Oregon]
Compensation: $27–$33/hr DOE
Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shift
Overtime Available

What You’ll Do:
We’re looking for a skilled CNC Machinist to join our machining team! In this role, you’ll help produce precision parts by setting up and operating CNC machines according to engineering drawings and specifications.
Daily responsibilities include:

Setting up jobs using setup sheets and instructions.

Performing program edits and writing short programs at the controller.

Reading and interpreting blueprints, dimensions, and tolerances.

Running and setting up CNC equipment, including vertical mills, horizontal mills, and multi-axis turning centers.

Working with close tolerances to achieve precise results.

Using precision instruments, hand tools, and measuring equipment.

Performing manual machining as needed.

Troubleshooting and optimizing new programs for best feeds, speeds, and efficiency.

What You Need to Have:
-
2+ years of machining experience (3+ preferred)
-
Experience in a machine shop or manufacturing environment
-
Hands-on experience with DMG Mori CNC machines (NLX2500, NT5400, CTX Beta 1250TC) or Mori Seiki (NHX 6300)
-
Experience with multi-axis machining, including lathes with live tooling
-
Strong blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation skills
-
Ability to troubleshoot and make program adjustments at the controller level

Excellent attention to detail and safety awareness
