Opening: Steel Fabricator Supervisor
City: Bonney Lake, WA

Our core team has over 70 years of combined field experience in meeting requirements of the forest product industry and other continuous manufacturing process industries here in Western Washington. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
You will review and prepare shop drawings, then assign production workflows—whether cutting, welding, or labeling. You’ll ensure that the team is well?trained, motivated, and operating safely; maintain clean, organized workstations using lean systems like 5S; manage production schedules, quality checks, and materials; troubleshoot issues in real time; and collaborate closely with engineers and quality control teams to deliver accurate, on?spec steel components efficiently.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:
$48+/HR DOE
Shift: 6 AM to 2 PM or 3 PM
Guaranteed 40 Hours a Week

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
10 Years of Experience in Steel Fabrication
Read and Create Fabrication Drawings
Pass Background Check
Pass a UA Drug Test
Hold a Valid Driver’s License
