Job Description
Position: A&P Mechanic
Location: Aurora, OR
Pay: Minimum $30/hr, negotiable based on experience
Schedule: Flexible work schedule

We are a growing maintenance facility dedicated to delivering top-quality service in a professional and supportive work environment. We are passionate about aviation and prioritize our people, offering a flexible work schedule and a commitment to excellence. Our current focus is on light piston aircraft, with plans to expand into charter flight services using light turbine aircraft.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform routine and unscheduled maintenance and inspections on aircraft
- Adhere to all FAA and manufacturer requirements
- Maintain accurate records of work performed using our computer-based maintenance tracking program
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues
- Collaborate with team members to uphold the highest safety and quality standards

What You Need to Have:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in aircraft maintenance
- FAA A&P license
- Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and manufacturer requirements
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- General computer literacy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Good communication skills and a commitment to safety
The Musts:
- At least 5 years of experience and/or A&P license
Preferred:
- Experience with light turbine aircraft (a plus)
