WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Diagnose and repair Ford vehicles across a wide range of systems
- Perform advanced engine, transmission, electrical, and drivability diagnostics
- Lead complex troubleshooting with minimal oversight
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and efficiency
- Mentor junior technicians when appropriate
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- 20+ years of hands on automotive experience
- Strong, proven experience working specifically on Ford vehicles
- Master or senior level diagnostic capabilities
- Deep knowledge of electrical and drivability systems
- Clean driving record
- Professional attitude and commitment to long term employment
