Pay: DOE based on level & experience ($18 - $25+)

We are partnering with a large nonprofit healthcare organization seeking Warehouse Technicians to support material handling, inventory, and distribution operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring supplies and equipment are received, stored, shipped, and delivered accurately and on time to support daily operations.

COMPANY INFO:
We are partnering with a large nonprofit healthcare organization seeking Warehouse Technicians to support material handling, inventory, and distribution operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring supplies and equipment are received, stored, shipped, and delivered accurately and on time to support daily operations.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Receive, inspect, restock, and distribute supplies, materials, and equipment
- Verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate inventory records and complete required data entry
- Package, crate, and prepare supplies and equipment for shipment using appropriate methods
- Coordinate and track shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Follow proper shipping, safety, and documentation procedures based on transport method
- Deliver and restock specialty carts and supplies across assigned areas
- Assist internal customers, vendors, and carriers with supply and shipment inquiries
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Perform other related duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to operate vehicles, equipment, and hand tools safely
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer skills for inventory and order tracking
- Alaska driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Shipping role may require eligibility for hazardous materials certification
- Supply Technician I: Entry level, no prior experience required
- Supply Technician II: Two years of warehouse, materials, or related experience
- Supply Technician III: Four years of warehouse, materials, or related experience, plus experience coordinating shipments independently and assigning work
