Position: Graveyard Shop Helper
Location: Clackamas, OR
Pay: $20 per hour DOE
Schedule: Graveyard Shift (Overnight Hours)

We are a local manufacturing facility dedicated to precision metalwork and quality production. Our team values hard work, safety, and craftsmanship. We’re looking for dependable individuals who take pride in supporting smooth operations during the night shift and keeping the shop running efficiently.
What You’ll Do:

Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing materials throughout the shop.

Operate basic material handling equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (training available).
-
Keep work areas clean, safe, and well-organized for daytime crews.

Support machine operators and fabricators with general labor and shop tasks.

Dispose of scrap materials and perform basic housekeeping duties.

Report equipment or safety issues to shift supervisors.
-
Perform light assembly, packaging, or prep work as needed.

What You Need to Have:

Ability to work overnight hours on a consistent schedule.

Basic understanding of manufacturing or warehouse environments.
The Musts:

Must be 18 years or older.
-
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Must follow all safety and shop procedures.

Must have reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
Preferred:
-
Previous experience in a shop, warehouse, or manufacturing setting.
-
Forklift experience or certification.
-
Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with hand and power tools.
