Position: Shipping/Receiving - Warehouse
Location: Hillsboro, OR
Pay: $18-$22
Schedule: Full-time

As a vital part of our operations, our Shipping/Receiving Warehouse employees play a crucial role in ensuring that orders are accurately processed and delivered on time.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide excellent customer service to staff and customers by accurately pulling, receiving, staging, packing, and shipping orders to specifications
- Pull materials for jobs and ensure accurate inventory management
- Load and unload trucks using a variety of equipment including forklifts, hand trucks, carts, pallet jacks, and industry tools
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and order fulfillment
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time

What You Need to Have:
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Experience operating forklifts, hand trucks, carts, pallet jacks, and industry tools
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules
- Commitment to safety and adherence to protocols and procedures
Preferred:
- Previous experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with others
