Location:Â Tualatin, OR
Pay:Â Â $20.50 - $26.00/hr
Schedule:Â Full Time

What You’ll Do:
- Identify materials being loaded and unloaded to ensure proper storage.
- Ensure all materials are properly labelled and accounted for Process orders from beginning to end (full cycle) including order-entry and order shipment.
- Read customer orders/Work Orders/Shipping Orders/Requisitions to determine next step.
- Advise warehouse crew of load amounts and provide instructions for incorrect amounts.
- Double check quality and piece counts on loads prior to shipment.
- Wear required PPE and follow safety precautions.
- Perform clerical tasks as needed.
- Sign and date bill of landing in a timely manner.
- Communication with customers directly primarily over email and phone.
- Ability to be trained and certified to operate a forklift safely.
- Document material certifications in a timely manner.
- Serve as a back-up to internal sales in scheduling internal shipments.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Attention to detail.
- Follow written and verbal instructions.
- The ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Math comprehension
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Must be a person of passion and integrity who has the drive to excel and give exceptional results.
