Opti Staffing is Hiring!
Position: Shipping & Receiving / Shop Support (Light Fabrication)
Location: Estacada, OR
Pay: Up to $25/hr DOE
Schedule: Day shift (Monday–Friday)
Who We Are:
Opti Staffing is partnering with a well-established industrial manufacturing and repair shop specializing in precision finishing, machining, polishing, and welding services. With decades of combined experience, this team supports both OEM production and repair work across multiple industries, delivering high-quality, durable components.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, including receiving, labeling, and documentation
- Maintain accurate inventory and track materials throughout the shop
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
- Package finished parts to ensure safe delivery
- Assist in shop operations including light fabrication, deburring, grinding, or polishing
- Coordinate with production teams to prioritize shipments and materials
- Keep work areas organized and follow safety procedures

What You Need to Have:
- Experience in shipping and receiving
- Inventory control and tracking experience
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced shop environment
The Musts:
- 1–2+ years of shipping/receiving experience
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and be on your feet throughout the day
- Reliable attendance and solid work ethic
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a machine shop or industrial environment
- Forklift experience or certification
- Basic fabrication, grinding, or polishing experience
- Familiarity with shop tools and production workflows
