Position: CNC Setup Machinist (Haas Mills)
Location: Molalla, OR
Pay: $28.00+/hr DOE

Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM (Flexible scheduling available)

What You'll Do

Set up and operate two Haas CNC milling machines.

Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and setup documentation.

Load tooling, set offsets, and perform complete machine setups for production runs.

Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.

Make tool wear offsets and minor program edits as needed.

Troubleshoot tooling and machining issues to maximize machine uptime.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Work independently while meeting production and quality expectations.

Competitive starting pay of $28.00+/hr DOE

Previous experience setting up and operating Haas CNC milling machines

Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring equipment

Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and offsets

Ability to work independently while maintaining high quality standards

Experience performing complete setups on Haas CNC mills

Ability to run machines with minimal supervision

Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
-
Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
-
Experience making minor program edits at the machine
-
High-production manufacturing experience
-
Knowledge of GD&T and tight-tolerance machining
-
Ability to independently troubleshoot machining and tooling issues
