Service Writer
Location: Estacada, OR
Pay: Â $45K - $75K + Commission & Bonuses (Average of $10K- $25K)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5:30pm

We are looking for someone who has experience in the automotive industry and has great customer service and communication skills, is dependable, has impeccable attention to detail skills and basic computer skills. What you’ll do:
- Facilitation in scheduling and organizing vehicles checking in and out and communicating with customers about their concerns and needs regarding their vehicles.
- Coordinating with and selling to customers preventive maintenance and repairs for their vehicles based on manufacturer recommendations as tailored to each vehicle to support long vehicle life and customer satisfaction.
- Clearly communicating to technicians what is to be addressed.
- Preparing and presenting reports and estimates, and clearly communicating to customers the results of inspections and testing as presented in estimates, as well as repair results.
- Keeping paperwork in order and flowing properly in the office.
- Ordering parts for sold work.
- Billing customers.
What you need to have:
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Basic computer skills (MS Suite)
- Maintain clean work area and professional appearance
- Dependability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superior organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Growth mindset
- Teachable
- Clean, professional appearance, without exposed tattoos or conspicuous piercings.
