OPTI STAFFING GROUP IS HIRING
POSITION: SERVICE OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
POSITION OVERVIEW The Service Operations Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for customer order fulfillment and service delivery of fuel and lubricant products. This role manages daily dispatch operations, optimizes delivery routing, and maintains accurate records while supporting customer accounts with professionalism and urgency. The position is vital to building lasting customer relationships and ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Receive and record customer orders via phone, electronic, or in-person channels.

Schedule and confirm deliveries, communicating specific requirements and windows to customers and internal personnel.

Create and track sales orders in the ERP system from entry through fulfillment to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Use dispatch and tracking software to plan loads, optimize routing, and monitor truck positions.

Maintain constant communication with drivers to support safe operations and balance daily workloads.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing product information and taking ownership of issue resolution.

Support account needs related to pricing, payments, and invoicing, including the distribution of year-end tax statements.

Conduct daily reconciliation of truck inventory and delivery activity, maintaining accurate digital and physical records.

Adhere to DOT regulations and safety requirements, reporting any injuries, spills, or operational hazards to management.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Strong professional communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in ERP systems and dispatch/tracking software (e.g., SkyBitz).

Ability to optimize routing and manage logistics efficiently.

Commitment to environmental safety and responsible operations.

High level of integrity and excellence in customer service.

Ability to troubleshoot data flow issues and maintain confidential pricing information.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Education: High school diploma or GED required.

Experience: Two years of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

License: Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record required.

Preferred: CDL B License is preferred.
