Location: Milwaukie, OR
Compensation: $110 - $120K per year + commission, DOE
Hours: Mon-Fri

Service Manager
Location: Milwaukie, OR

What You'll Do:
- Prepare new or renewal maintenance agreements.
- Assist the dispatcher with scheduling technicians for PM’s and Repairs
- Observe that jobs are completed in a timely manner.
- Regularly visit customer jobsites and report the status with the service dispatcher and President.
- Review weekly time sheets to assure accurate labor reporting.
- Review weekly billings to ensure accuracy.
- Manage all direct report employees assigned, which includes but is not limited to, training, planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance, disciplining, and addressing complaints.
- Perform reviews of all direct report employees and assist the President with salary evaluations.
- Hiring and firing of direct report employees per the company policies and guidelines
- Work with the Construction Managers to develop the On-Call schedule.
- Recruit and hire capable field technicians.
- Ensure technicians licenses and certifications are renewed and kept up to date.
- Actively participate in the sdafety committee
- Perform other duties that may be assigned by management.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years in the construction industry
- Good working knowledge of HVAC systems
- Qualify to drive a company vehicle per company’s auto insurance.
- Able to lift 50lbs.
- Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer
