OPTI STAFFING GROUP IS HIRING
Opening: Service Coordinator – Mechanical Service Division
Location: Anchorage, AK (On-Site)
Pay: $25-$30+DOE (Competitive – Based on Experience)

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
This is a key coordination role that keeps operations running smoothly between the field, vendors, and internal teams.
- Coordinate materials, equipment, tools, and logistics to support field technicians
- Set up new service jobs and small projects, including tracking and documentation
- Order and track materials/equipment, ensuring timely delivery
- Communicate updates on job status, equipment, and long-lead items
- Generate closeout documentation and O&M manuals for completed work
- Support proposal follow-ups and assist with project/service sales admin tasks
- Provide dispatch support and step in during high-volume periods
- Process and audit service and project paperwork for accuracy
- Track and manage tools, equipment, and inventory by technician/vehicle
- Identify potential upsell opportunities, service needs, or project leads
- Build strong relationships with field staff, customers, and vendors
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills (both internal teams & customers)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office / MS365 and general computer systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Understanding of Alaska geography/logistics is a plus
- Experience in service coordination, dispatch, project coordination, or administrative support (mechanical/construction industry preferred but not required)
