WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Oversee and ensure exceptional service delivery across your assigned client accounts.
- Manage all aspects of the Customer Support Program, including coordinating service schedules, managing financial transactions, and overseeing contract management activities.
- Maintain regular contact with clients and contractors to ensure seamless operation and satisfaction on monthly maintenance schedules.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss their account status and plan for upcoming maintenance needs.
- Take on other responsibilities as needed to support the team and enhance service delivery.
REQUIREMENTS:
