Opening: Service Account Rep
Location: Anchorage, AK
Pay: $25- $30

Opti Staffing Group is excited to partner with a leading company in the security and fire systems industry. As a company that puts its people first, they are looking for a Service Account Representative to join their team and help drive our commitment to excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Oversee and ensure exceptional service delivery across your assigned client accounts.
- Manage all aspects of the Customer Support Program, including coordinating service schedules, managing financial transactions, and overseeing contract management activities.
- Maintain regular contact with clients and contractors to ensure seamless operation and satisfaction on monthly maintenance schedules.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss their account status and plan for upcoming maintenance needs.
- Take on other responsibilities as needed to support the team and enhance service delivery.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong ability to manage customer relations and provide support under pressure.
- Customer-oriented with a proactive approach to addressing and resolving potential issues.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Basic financial acumen, with an understanding of managing accounts receivable/payable and purchase orders.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and tasks seamlessly.
- Education: A college degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
- Minimum Experience: 3-5 years in administrative, dispatch, or customer service roles, preferably in a technical or service-focused environment.
- Construction industry experience is a plus, though not required.
