Senior Vertical Mill Setup Machinist

Schedule: Monday-Thursday
Swing Shift: 3:30pm-2:00am
Compensation: $28-38

What you'll be doing:
Completing set-ups on multiple CNC Vertical & Horizontal Mills up to 4-Axis machining on metals, plastics, and aluminum. Troubleshoot and operate as needed across multiple machines. Work with programmers, operators, and the entire team to plan ahead and find solutions.

What you need to have:
-4+ years of precision CNC Mill set up experience
-Ability to set up complex machining operations up to 4th-axis per setup sheets
-Read, write and edit G & M Code
-Experience with FAI processes
-True Knowledge of calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, and pin gauges
-Experience machining metals, plastics, and aluminum
-Excellent ability to read and understand Blueprints
-Knowledge of Fanuc, Haas, and Mori Seiki is a plus!
