Who are we looking for? An actively licensed Oregon CPA Tax Senior Associate with 4+ years of personal and business return preparation experience (simple to complex tax returns).

Responsibilities
· Provide timely and high-quality services and work products that exceed client's expectations.
· Prepare business and individual income tax returns.
· Research a variety of tax issues and effectively communicate research outcomes to client relationship manager or directly to clients.
· Assist with special accounting projects for clients.
· Use current technology and tools to enhance the effectiveness of deliverables and service.
Qualifications
· 4+ years of tax preparation experience.
· Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and associated deadlines.
· CPA licensed in Oregon.
· Experience completing complex tax returns (individual, partnerships, and S-corporations).
· Strong organizational, client service, and leadership skills.
· Proficient in identifying client account balance discrepancies and proposing corrections.
· Solid hands-on experience with QuickBooks.
· Experience working in a paperless office is a plus!
