WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Oversee multiple residential properties and supervise Resident Managers and Assistant Resident Managers
- Conduct property inspections, spot audits, and ensure maintenance and compliance
- Resolve resident concerns and support positive resident relationships
- Coordinate with maintenance and accounting teams for smooth operations
- Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping for all properties
- Train Resident Managers on property management best practices, safety, and compliance
- Support and occasionally attend Resident Council meetings
- Research and ensure compliance with Fair Housing, landlord/tenant laws, and related regulations
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in multi-unit property management
- Real Estate Broker License required
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to interpret regulations, manage budgets, and ensure compliance
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and vehicle insurance
- Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
- Tax Credit Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within one year)
