Senior Concrete Estimator
Location:Â Sherwood, OR
Pay: $120k+, DOE & Annual Bonus
Hours: Mon-Fri
Who we are:
We offer services that include asphalt repairs, storm and sewer pipe installation, roadbed maintenance applications, site excavation and grading, embankment, asphalt overlays, and geo-textile installation for commercial and industrial clientele.

What You’ll Do:
- Bid to all Portland Metro counties and cities except Portland
- Turn submittals over to foreman after briefing
- Comfortability working on projects up to $4m
- Bid to all Portland Metro counties and cities except City of Portland
- Bid to ODOT maintenance but not ODOT
What You Need to Have:
- Proficient with HCSS, MS Office, MS Project
- Ability to do take-off with digitizer
- 5 years estimating heavy highway including grading, excavation, sewers, traffic control, and paving highly preferred
- Ability to get projects up and going on the paperwork side including getting submittals
- We are a small office so there my be occasions where you may need to answer a phone or other clerical things; it is not a constant
