Opening:Â Senior Accountant
City:Â Hillsboro, OR
Pay:Â $36.05-40.86/Hour
Monday – Friday 8am – 5:00pm

Our Client is a full-service private aviation company based out of Hillsboro, the corporation has built a solid reputation for providing the highest degree of aircraft charter, maintenance and FBO services to discerning aircraft owners and charter clientele.
What You’ll Do:
This is a very diverse role, with duties ranging from data entry to month and year end financials. Â They need someone who is willing to take it all on and do everything from the mundane to the highly difficult. Someone who loves a good challenge and puzzle solving would do well in this role. A collaborative personality and good communication skills are a must as the role requires closely working with our President and Senior Management team.

What You Need to Have:
Any combination of experience and training that would likely meet the following requirements
The Musts:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business Administration
- Five years of experience working in financial accounting
-Excellent attention to detail
-Excellent communication skills
-Desire to learn the Aviation Industry
-Comfortable tackling new and challenging projects
-Strong organizational and time management skills
-High level QuickBooks desktop experience.
-Data entry skills
-Experience with General Ledger, AP/AR, Collections, monthly/annual budgeting, and Month/year end
-Team Player
-Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Preferred:
-Knowledge of Aviation Industry
-Development and implementation of SOP.
-GAAP standards preferred
