OPTI STAFFING GROUP IS HIRING
Opening: Warehouse Associate
Location: Anchorage, AK
Pay: $20
COMPANY INFO:
Opti Staffing Group is partnering with a respected property management company dedicated to supporting military families through reliable housing and service. This team plays a vital role in maintaining operational excellence across multiple residential communities on JBER.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will:
• Maintain organized, clean, and secure warehouse facilities
• Generate purchase orders, receive and stock supplies, and ensure accurate inventory
• Support maintenance teams by distributing tools, supplies, and materials
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move inventory
• Coordinate vendor deliveries, town runs, and supply pickups
• Perform administrative tasks including data entry, scanning, and record-keeping
• Assist with weekly audits and vehicle/tool tracking
• Support other departments and fill in for roles such as expeditor, U-Fix-It clerk, or maintenance when needed
REQUIREMENTS:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Alaska Driver’s License and insurable driving record
• Prior warehouse, inventory, or purchasing experience highly preferred
• Comfortable with MS Office and web-based inventory systems
• Basic math, data entry, and communication skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and work in varied weather conditions
• Forklift operation experience preferred
• Knowledge of maintenance supplies and familiarity with Anchorage area is a plus
