OPTI STAFFING GROUP IS HIRING!
Opening: Scheduling Coordinator
City: Tacoma, WA
WHO THEY ARE:
Our service area covers Seattle, Tacoma, Puyallup, Lakewood, Bellevue, Auburn, Fife, Tukwila, Redmond, and numerous other communities in this vicinity. We consistently deliver professional and customized results to our customers. Our team of well-trained technicians possesses the necessary skills to provide estimates, consult on project requirements, interpret shop drawings, and carry out the manufacturing processes essential for your sheet metal project.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As a scheduling coordinator your primary responsibility would be to efficiently manage and organize the production schedule. You will collaborate closely with various departments, including sales, production, and project management, to ensure seamless coordination of tasks. This involves assessing project timelines, resource availability, and production capacity to develop a well-structured schedule. You will prioritize and allocate tasks to technicians, monitor progress, and address any scheduling conflicts or delays promptly. Additionally, you'll communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project timelines and manage expectations.
*THIS POSITION DOES REQUIRE JOB DUTIES WITHIN THE WAREHOUSE/SHOP
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:
$25/hr
6am-3:30pm shift with 1 hr OT available daily
