Position: Scheduler / Customer Support Specialist
Location: Clackamas, OR 97015
Pay: From $24 - $28 per hour, with opportunities for growth
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (No less than 40 hours per week)

Opti Staffing is hiring for a Scheduler / Customer Support Specialist for a leading company offering high-quality products and services. With three retail locations in the Portland Metro area and a dedicated service and installation department, we are a busy and growing team.
What You’ll Do:
As the Scheduler / Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be an essential part of the service and office team. You’ll manage the dispatching and scheduling for our field service technicians, ensuring efficient and accurate schedules. This fast-paced role requires multitasking, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to service inquiries and delivery requests via phone and email
- Prioritizing and scheduling service and delivery needs based on urgency and technician availability
- Using scheduling software to manage work orders and job details
- Scheduling deliveries and installations, ensuring proper coordination and manpower allocation
- Monitoring potential scheduling issues and addressing them proactively
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation for service calls, issues, and backorders
- Communicating with customers, vendors, and corporate staff to ensure seamless service

- At least 2 years of customer service experience (any field)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent phone presence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and willingness to learn new software
- Problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
- Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Self-motivation, dependability, and strong attention to detail
- Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, decision-oriented environment
- High level of professionalism in all customer interactions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing exceptional service
- Experience with scheduling software or dispatch systems
- Experience in a similar customer support or service coordination role
