Position: Sales Representative
Location: Canby, OR
Compensation: $55k+ negotiable, DOE
Position provides commission compensation on top of base salary.

As a local company, we deliver industry-leading residential and commercial paving services throughout the Portland Metro area. Our high-quality, value-added approach has allowed our company to grow on every strength as we serve the local community. We offer an array of asphalt paving services, which includes parking lot paving, parking lot maintenance, driveway paving and preventative sealcoating services.

What You’ll Do:
- Responsible for securing, estimating, and closing new deals
- Manage and maintain relationships with customers- serving as the key point of contact
- Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in cold-calling customers and making a sale
- Read maps and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Willingness to secure and produce new clients by proactively engaging in prospecting and direct outreach.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports.
- Research project opportunities by analyzing market strategies, project requirements, and institution financials.
- Plans and prepares presentations for potential clients.
- Minimum of 4 years’ of sales experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- CRM proficiency
- Construction industry experience preferrable PAVING A PLUS!
- Ability to put together estimates and presentations that lead to success
- Ability to read maps, blueprints, schematics and CAD drawings
- Strong and professional communication skills
- Great customer service skills and stellar communicator
