From preventative maintenance to quick roadside repairs and tire replacements, we’re always ready to assist.
We specialize in providing top-quality tire services for independent truck operators and fleet managers. We prioritize forward-thinking and creative solutions to ensure vehicles remain safe and operational while staying within budget. Our experienced commercial tire specialists deliver timely, expert service wherever you need it.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Demonstrate knowledgeable product application for problem solving and recommend appropriate products for customer's needs
- Identify new sales growth opportunities and develop them into long-term partnerships
- Manage a portfolio of commercial fleet accounts with weekly yard checks to achieve sales targets
- Utilize market-proven professional sales techniques to negotiate and close deals
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay on the cutting edge of sales strategies
- Provide excellent customer service and support to maximize client satisfaction
- $36,000-48,000/year to start, DOE (base salary)
- Performance bonus opportunities

- Monday-Friday schedule, 8-hour shift
- Proven experience in sales, or related B2B industries
- Strong ability to recognize data and market trends to educate customers to help make strong business decisions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills using email, text, and phone
- Proficiency in managing and prioritizing tasks effectively
- Demonstrated success in lead generation and account management
- Ability to exemplify punctuality when setting schedules and client meetings
- Must have a valid driver’s license

I am born and raised in the Seattle area, and have never lived anywhere else. My wife, daughter, and I live in Renton, which is a perfect location for us. We live near all our friends and family, and we love taking advantage of all that the Northwest has to offer. Like the rest of my family, I graduated from the University of Washington, and am a huge Huskies fan. Most of my free time is spent spending time with my family, but besides that, I am a big Mariners and Seahawks fan (Bring back our Sonics!), and I coach high school basketball, which is a passion of mine. I love helping kids develop both on and off the court, and find it very rewarding to see former players as they get older and grow into young adults. Since graduating from college, I have had a number of jobs, but none that I really loved – until I started at Opti. The amazing culture that has been established is what I’ve been looking for. I love being able to help so many people – the satisfaction that comes from making that perfect fit drives me to work every day.
