Opening: Sales Associate
Location: Anchorage, AK
Pay: $45,000 - $65,000 + Commission

Opti Staffing Group is partnering with a locally owned stove and spa company that has been serving Anchorage for several decades. This company is known for its high-quality products, exceptional customer service, and commitment to helping customers find the perfect heating and relaxation solutions for their homes.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
This role is perfect for a customer-focused, hands-on individual who enjoys both sales and hands-on work. Responsibilities include:
- Helping customers find the right stove, fireplace, or spa to fit their needs
- Handling warehouse duties, including stocking, organizing, and maintaining inventory
- Driving the company van to deliver products to customer locations
- Assisting with product installations and ensuring a smooth setup process
- Providing top-notch customer service before, during, and after sales
- Learning product details to confidently answer customer questions and recommend solutions
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
- Must be a doer! This role requires both sales and hands-on work
- Ability to lift and move heavy products (stoves, spas, and related items)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to safely operate a company van
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
