Opening: Sales Associate (B2B)
Location: Anchorage, Alaska
Pay: $70,000 Base with Commission

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Sales Development: Identify and target potential business clients, generate leads, and build relationships to drive sales growth. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for business clients, understanding their needs, presenting tailored solutions, and negotiating contracts. Maintain strong relationships to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop proposals, presentations, and sales reports. Manage schedules and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products and services.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to business clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience. Engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and offer appropriate product recommendations.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Use this information to identify new opportunities and make strategic recommendations.
- Administrative Duties: Perform various administrative tasks, including managing documents and records, data entry, and maintaining accurate client information.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a B2B sales role is required. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Skills:
- Effective communication and strong customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage various tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Competitive base salary between $70,000 with commission opportunities.
