City: Anchorage, AK
Pay: $40k Base, Plus Uncapped Commission

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Lead client meetings to identify and fulfill recruitment needs.
- Engage and recruit top talent using online platforms.
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain client and candidate records meticulously.
- Use your sales skills to expand our client base and increase placements.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:
- Competitive $40,000 base salary plus uncapped commission.
- Full benefits package: 401(k), PTO, health, dental.
- Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM schedule.
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
- Experience in sales, with a strong closing ability.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Determination to meet and exceed targets.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Hi! I am a lifelong Alaskan of 31 years and enjoy spending time with my little family of three. Like most Alaskan’s we like spending time outside going for walks, camping, or just spending a warm day at the lake. Working with Opti for the past almost 7 years has been amazing. I started my career with Opti as an Executive Recruiter specializing in permanent staffing at mid, upper, and executive levels. I loved that I had such an impact on candidates' lives and the Anchorage community. Since then, I have moved into a leadership role and can say it is equally rewarding.
