Pay: $40k Base, Plus Commission

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Facilitate initial meetings with clients to set candidate qualifications.
- Proactively identify and engage passive candidates online.
- Efficiently screen resumes and applications.
- Conduct interviews and curate shortlists of top-tier candidates.
- Keep clients informed on recruitment progress.
- Prepare candidates for client interviews.
- Build talent pipelines for future opportunities.
- Maintain meticulous records of candidate interactions, including resumes and evaluations.
- Manage and grow client relationships.
- Drive new business through strategic development efforts.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:
- Compensation: A competitive $40,000 base salary with an enticing commission structure.

- Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.
